Little Caesars

LAZY, useless staff. They can't even be bothered to answer their phone. I did not receive my order the other day and nobody cared or tried to help. The woman who finally came to the phone after about 10 rings pretended she was going to help me and then hung up the phone. She HUNG UP. This place needs to get shut down.

I get it, things are crazy right now. It’s extremely frustrating though when Little Caesars on Double R decides it’s okay to close at any given time, and very much inconvenience customers who think their order is being prepared. We placed an order at 3:45P on Saturday, October 2 for a 4:35P pick up. We arrived at 4:20P to a sign posted on the door - “online orders for pick up after 4P will be refunded.” The place closes at 10P, as stated online! We had a 45MIN window which could have been used to call us and let us know to not waste our time driving there. ANNOYING.

I hate to leave this but I’ve tried to call in a couple orders at 7pm and they never pick up the phone .also I’ve went there and the kids working in the afternoon close the place at 7:30 pm.I know their just trying to close early to leave early but they should change the time on their website so people can know not to make the trip down there only to realize their closed .

This location needs some serious helps when it comes to the workers. I ordered online was told my order would be ready at 6:45 about a 20 minute wait from when I ordered. I’m here at 6:55 and my order isn’t even ready. I was told to wait another 10-15 minutes. Like whaaat? What were they doing that entire 40 minutes +? Obvious lacking off and not taking orders. I wasn’t the only angry customer when walking out either. Just ridiculous whoever is the manager here really needs to have a talk with their team.

My ratings are in consideration of where I am and the base expectation of that place. Based on that, I give Little Cesar's 5 stars. I have always gone in when it has been packed or when it has been slow and the quality of the food is exactly the same, always fresh out of the oven or sitting around for a small amount of time. The menu is simple, the staff is nice, the price is ridiculously low and there are even online order options where you can just come in, pick up and leave. Not much to complain about.
