I really love this chain. The burgers are made with good meat, and actually charbroiled. The veggies they add are always fresh, and the prices are easily on par with Wendy's or BK. This one seemed a bit understaffed, but employees were friendly and my food was great. My daughter loves the chicken stars. She said they were yummy. 10/10 would recommend.

Went through the drive through. Person working the window repeatedly kept saying the order back wrong. Like I’m saying 4-5 times back incorrectly. After saying as slow as possible, #7 and # 4 they kept saying something else back, different every time. Finally they repeated the correct order. Then after getting the food, it was the wrong order. No one else was in the drive through or dining inside. Now I know why. Won’t be returning. Save your time and money and avoid this place. Food looked and tasted terrible as well. Wouldn’t have gone back to correct the order.

Went at 925pm. Sat and waited for 5 minutes at drive thru speaker while a female who was not in uniform could very clearly be seen goofying around in the lobby and laughing. As if that wasn’t enough they then decide to answer and say “uh we’re closed” like I was somehow supposed to know they were closing an hour and a half early(google states they close at 11). I then said “oh, your drive thru light is on and google says you don’t close till 11” he then replied “no we close at 10”. I was there at 930pm. So I then said “it’s only 930 you’re closing 30 minutes early?” And then he decided to change it up and said “the thing we use to cook the meat is broken” my question is, if that was the case why didn’t he start out with that? Instead of throwing me through loops till he finally found an acceptable excuse. Highly disappointed in this place and won’t return, find better employees.

Went there and went inside to order and the employee said the dining room is closed because drive thru was busy. It wasn't no cars but i truck waiting for there order. So i said that's fine but i have 3 coupons to use. Was told use them in drive thru. So i go through drive thru and was told 2 coupons per visit. So i go through the drive again and he told me no. I sat there for 15 minutes to be told no. I have used 3 coupons before with no problem. They need to have a manger in the evenings to watch the employee's. No problems during the day just at night.

October 2017. The commercial shows a box of food for $5 so I decided to try it. The fries were literally dropped on top of the 2 sandwiches without being placed in any type of package but they were hot and tasty. The spicy chicken was actually pretty good. I would return for another one. The double cheeseburger was basic. The onions on it were tougher than a 20 year Marine Corp veteran but everything else ranked "ok". The root beer was kind of flat and the chocolate chip cookie tasted mass produced but almost fresh. I gave 3 stars because the chicken and fries were that good and the cashier at the drive thru was very pleasant.

This location has potential, but it is really getting run down. The parking lot is rough and mostly gravel. The dining area is spacious, but dirty and cluttered. The bathrooms are foreboding. The staff was polite, but they did get my order wrong. Based on the location, this could be a flagship restaurant. Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's and Long John Silvers are next door.
