Mcdonald's

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two cheeseburgers a Coke and a number 3 which is a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese when I got to the window and paid I got my food my price were extremely cold so I explained to them they both can they please give me some fresh ones or at least warm when they asked me to pull around to the front and wait for the price I started to eat my Double Quarter Pounder when i look at my hamburger patties halfway through the hamburger I noticed they were very very pink definitely not something I felt comfortable eating Sony brought my fries out I showed the man my hamburger and said I'm sorry but this is a little pink I don't feel safe eating this he rudely said what do you want me to do make you another one? I responded "yes please I'd greatly appreciate if you could." After a short wait for my new hamburger I opened the box to see that it was just thrown in the Box sloppily with part of my Patty hanging out of the box and it looks like they scrape the scrapings from the spatula into the hamburger I was disgusted at that point I do not want to eat. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Very rude customer service, horrible tasting food, poorly prepared Food & not a good place to eat!!!!! Not somewhere you would definitely want to eat unless you like your cow mooing at you still and cold french fries and root customer service

I’m pleased with the service here. The order was correct. The cashier was prompt and friendly. Napkins, plastic silverware, and appropriate condiments were automatically provided with me asking. It sure would have been frustrating to realize later on that these common sense were missing, a common at other fast food restaurants. I’m happy to see that this location doesn’t try to shortcut or nickel and dime me for simple things.

The two stars is for their tasty fries that continue to give me joy but the loss of three stars is for their service and their lack of improvement. In addition to other failed attempts in following simple requests, they managed to put onions and pickles in my birger when asked not to. The only good thing about the employee's here is their consistency. Consistency in making good fries and failing to fulfill customer's requests. I've worked for this establishment in the past and there really isn't much distraction, you just have to be able to read. They are just as skilled as the worker's on Keystone (Where they only accept cash after midnight for the employee's to embezzle).
