This place isn't friendly, and I'm not talking about the staff. I moved down the street a little over a month ago and since then I've watched teenagers walk in and out with handfuls of items, just walk out of the store without paying threatening the customers watching this happen. I've almost gotten into an altercation with a homeless guy because I didn't give him money. Lastly, my girlfriend will not go there by herself, not safe for women at night. Guys hanging around in the parking lot whistle and yell making women uncomfortable.

Purchased over $100 in gas and they wouldn’t let me use the restroom. Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Looks like they don’t get much business, and I can see why!

Stopped here for gas and snacks on a long road trip but they wouldn’t let us use their bathroom -“not for the public”…kids almost peed their pants .so will not spend my money here or stop at a 7-eleven ever again

I love this 711! Friendly staff and an all around good atmosphere. I shop here religiously.

Will not let customers use the bathroom. If you are on a long trip and need to stop for snack and bathroom - this is not a good spot.

I travel all over and keep a 7/11 cup for refill of ice now that you can again after Covid restrictions. It’s posted right on the machine .50 refills. If I needed to buy a new one okay however the girl with multi colored hair over charged me and when corrected still
Charged me for a full service item. Either allow refills at your location and honor your posted pricing or don’t honor them at all. Disappointing.

I have had good service at this store the only couple few times I have stopped there. Friendly workers. They allowed me to use their phone to make a phone call when I got a flat tire. I give this 711 a 10 compared to the other 711s in Reno.
