Taco Bell

The evening of Wednesday Feb 9th. Me and my partner went to this location. We ordered 2 Fiesta Veggie Burritos, 1 Spicy Potato Soft Taco, and 1 Black Bean Crunch Wrap. When we got to the window, the girl said “We are out of potatoes, would you like a replacement”. I told her I wanted another one of the Veggie Burritos but without guac. So they made the order and we went on our way. I swear, we should have checked the order before leaving the property. When we got home, we realized that the Veggie Burritos were not even burritos. They put all the ingredients that were supposed to be in the burritos into a SOFT TACO SHELL. I was like what is this!? Then, we realized that the Black Bean Crunchwrap had absolutely NO beans in it. So we called up the manager and he said we can bring the order back. So we brought it back and asked them to remake the order. First of all, the one little girl LIED to me about having no potatoes because the order they remade for us had a Spicy Potato Soft Taco in it. The order they remade for us was a complete failure. The Veggie Burritos had no guac in them. The only good thing about the remade order was the Black Bean Crunch Wrap and that wasn’t even wrapped all the way. The Spicy Potato Soft Taco had guacamole in it… what?! That taco does not need guacamole, and its not even supposed to come with guacamole. I’m so confused as to why it had to be like this tonight. I was so disgusted with it, I couldn’t even finish the order and I had to throw it away a second time. During the daytime, this Taco Bell is decent. When it turns night time, they have very incompetent and ignorant people working. No wonder why this place has the hire so often, they never hire good people. I feel like they are joking around with us and playing games. Overall, I’m confused, disappointed, disgusted, and feel like I’m getting played.

During our visit the drive thru was going very slow. The employees (despite facing a shortage of certain ingredients) were polite, informative of the situation, helpful in menu alternatives, and otherwise stayed positive through what was sure to be a stressful time. I commend the employees for old fashioned customer service.

I should have read the one star rating. It lives up to it's score at a one star. I have always understood the lack of employees or experience but they had a staffed kitchen. I ordered 7 item order and it literally took 45 minutes. When I approached the counter and talked to the General Manager Priscilla she told me that they had not started my order yet the customers behind me got their order 10 minutes ahead of my 45 minute wait , for nothing!!! I asked for a refund and Priscilla "gm"??? Would not refund a credit card. Terrible experience, I would never waste my time at this location. She gave me a number to call for my refund and it was a scam. So I emailed corporate and am waiting for my refund.

Haven’t ate at a Taco Bell since they stopped making the Mexican pizza. I’ve been craving one since I heard they were coming back. Waited a whole week and finally got one just to see it made all wrong… only reason this isn’t a 1 star (negative if I could) is because Jared made things right.. i appreciate you Jared. The regular cook though.. words for him I won’t put in a review

This is a sad place for food. Dreadfully inconsistent quality Don't spend a nickel in here.. One example--2.00 soft tacos have hardly any meat or cheese inside. Lettuce is just tossed around.... Their 'food' is just carelessly slapped together, by a untrained staff.... and in this Taco Bell in Lemmon Valley on North Hills, often they are out of basics, like potatoes.. The Taco Bell by Hobey's Casino on Sun Valley is far better...
