Just Ravioli

I when into Just Ravioli 10 mins after the opened for the night. When to counter and placed our order. They told us to take a seat until our order was being cooked. We asked for 2 waters which had no ice in cup, so ask for ice. The cook got ice from ice tray using is fingers! Then he said order was ready. The ravioli was not fresh, came a package of frozen ravioli's. I could see the kitchen area from were I was standing. The sauce was from a can and doctored. We also ordered a side salad that was serve on a 3 section paper plate and lettuce was not fresh was limp. We took order to table and sat down at table. We were the only people in the place yet we had to search for a clean table to set. After finding a table looked around and floors and tables and walls were all dirty with crumbs and grease. It was disgusting I'll never go in there again. The health department should close this place!

We really wanted to like this place as my boyfriend and I love ravioli. Firstly the prices are not obvious when reading the menu board. Secondly our ravioli was cold around the edges and a few cold in the middle, but the staff busy complaining about a customer that had a complaint earlier in the day, so we figured probably not the people we want to confront with our complaint. I will say the sauces were really good, but the filling inside the ravioli were completely tasteless. Much to our surprise the two plates of ravioli we ordered came out to $27 with tax, which was astonishing considering how little food you get (6-7 raviolis on a plate, plus a piece of toasted yet tasteless bread) and no drinks. For the amount of money I'd rather sit down in a restaurant that at least brings the food to the table instead of sitting it on a counter and yelling "here you go"...we definitely won't be back.

Just Ravioli is a nice place. Food was very good. The sauce the owner put with my shrimp ravioli was soooooooo good. The owner was nice. There are so many raviolis to try and I want to go back to try them all. The goat cheese sounded good. My wife and I will be going back. Thank you for a great experience.
