Taco Bell

If I could leave a review with no stars I would, the representative argued with me about what was on their menu. Granted things change, but this option had been pretty sold for at least a year now. I asked for a cheese quesadilla and was charged for a chicken one. I don't eat chicken I just don't like it. Anyways I was treated as if I were fishing for free food. If I liked chicken I wouldn't have even said anything about it. However, I don't so expecting them to correct a mistake the staff here made is not the end of the world its not as if the store was busy. It was slow. No excuse for the childish behavior or demeanor. Seriously grow up. No the customer is not always right, but employees make mistakes so you own it, correct it, and move on.

I work in the area and frequent this establishment. Until recently, as per covid, we've run through the drive-thru. The lady that works the window is not only super sweet and polite but also knows the menu well enough to make you what you want. She is the only reason I will be returning because my experience dining in was terrible. Kiosk only ordering, and it took three times as long to get anything out. Frustrating when fast food is slow. I know everyone is hurting for employees, but that didn't seem to be the problem at hand that day.

It's Taco Bell, you order what you want and you get what you want. Everything was made to order as I requested it. I got an extra strawberry freeze cause they made it as a small and I ordered/paid for a large... This location always has a friendly person on the drive through and they usually make my orders correctly. They also, unlike other locations in town, are usually open. Reno is having big problems with keeping restaurants open due to lack of staff. This location seems to not be impacted by that.

I went there on Mexican pizza day so I knew it would be busy and expected to be patient, 30 minutes at least. I got there and one guy had been waiting an hour and they finally told him they lost his order and they would remake it. I was there for 20 minutes before anyone would take my order at the counter as they walked by and ignored me. Now I know they were busy so I am patient with that and I didn't mind too much, but, while I sat there and ate the employees were speaking poorly of customers and had an exceptionally bad attitude about delivery drivers trying to get orders corrected. Because we all know there isnt an order Taco Bell has ever made correctly. So I give them 4 stars out of consideration to the day but knock it down one for the blatant unprofessional language.

I ordered online tonight for drive thru! I didn’t catch the girls name at the window but she was the most understandable person. Iam allergic to beef so when I told her she reassured me that why it had taken longer was because they changed they’re gloves and made sure no beef had touched my meal. Definitely stepping up from what this Taco Bell use to be 💪🏻🔥
