Rude, rude, rude! They never answered the speaker so I drove around to the window, maybe it wasn't working. The employees were just standing by register. A heavy set gal stomped over to answer the window and made reference to ordering back at the speaker, mind you it was not busy. Then she slammed the window shut. A younger gal came asked what I wanted at that point nothing. Plane rude. I think the heavier Gal lives in front of the store In her van.

1st of all my Burger is definitely old. The patties are dry and hard like they have been sitting on the grill for an hour. The bun is stale and hard and my small French fry is more like a quarter of a fry because there's nothing in the container. worst Carl's jr I've ever been to, don't go here, go to the wine on Prater just 8 minutes away.

When i ask for tenders and they give me nuggets because they are the size of my pinky finger and i payed $8 dollars for them and that was how looks the bag with the rest of my order really a bad service

Two burger, fries, and drinks was over $30 and the quality was a solid meh. The place smelled of burnt food. RPD trolling the perimeter felt more like he was hunting than protecting.

The person taking the order seemed like he had no interest in even being there. I decided to check my burger to to confirm it had no cheese on it to find my double had one regular hamburger patty on it and one halve sized patty. No good!

Very long wait on an average day. The customer service wasn't the best and the food was subpar.

Tried to hit this establishment for breakfast this morning hoping I’d get better service than I have been getting where I normally go and what do you know on a $40 order they can’t break a $100 bill. The manager was then even rude about it stating who only carries 100s around. Sparks you’ve gotta do better, this is getting outta hand. I seem to have no problems whenever I go to any other Carl’s Jr.’s in Reno.
