Domino's Pizza

It was a Friday night. Website said ready in 37 minutes, took longer. Maybe if the store had a map of apartment complexes they serve, drivers could find apartments faster. Driver was very nice, did bring and deliver everything. Both pizzas were indented with knife cuts, but not cut through and had to tear apart the pizza slices apart. Slices were not of consistent size. Cheese and toppings were unevenly distributed across the crust. Maybe they were fine when they left the store. Boneless chicken was good. Brownie cookies were good.

I have ordered from the Longley location several times and they have never been disappointing. My order is always correct, hot out of the oven and the side pick up window is extremely convenient. Everyone has been very nice and have displayed great customer service. This is the only Domino's I'll order from.

The app give all the choices to make your own pizza, with extra saving with coupon. It also allow you to choose your pick up time if you don't want the option ASAP. I always get my pizza on time when app say it's ready . App even say who is making your pizza so it look more personal customer experience. In my case, Yarida did an excellent work. Thank you.

Ordered delivery January 27th the pizza never arrived. I called and talked to Jorge who had a condescending attitude. However he offered me a refund. Now it's February 6th and the transaction cleared on my card. I called the store and received more attitude from the shift manager. Apparently they are too busy to get the delivery right and too busy to offer refunds for customers that never recieved their orders.
