Burger King

This restaurant now only serves people who own cars. Lobbyists apparently permanently closed no signage other than neon signs and drive-thru open and lock doors. Personally I can't afford 10 grand to go get a Whopper so they no longer exist to me.. what an awful shame. You know it's bad and Little Caesars offers better service.

Very very disappointed! Come on Burger King!! I ask for root beer and get coke :/ then I ask for a number two and they forget the burger. Get all the way home and didn’t have the burger yes I should of checked my bad. But called and let them know and the guy felt super sorry and I get it people mess up. So have to go all the way back and he was going to hook us up very nice but just wanted the burger with no onions because I’m allergic. Well here is the biggest part that made me sad! They put onions!!! Ahhh and gave me the wrong burger!!

Apparently the dining room was closed with no signs saying so, as the employees friends leave. After walking back to the vehicle all of the employees came out to smoke their cigarettes and close the drive through also. So I went to Taco Bell. To the owner/manager you are right people do stop at Bigger king, I am never stopping at yours. Disgusting employees clothing and smoking out front of the main doors.

We were at the drive thru about 2pm yesterday 4/20/22, the guy on a blue checkered button up shirt that was working the drive thru window had a very very bad attitude. After he gave my husband the order, he closed the window right away. My husband waited to ask for a zesty sauce and he looked irritated when he opened the window and kinda slammed the window. He said, "have a good day, sir" sarcastically and with a very, very phoney face and attitude. He doesn't deserve a job working with customers. If I could I'll give a 0 rating. We'll not be coming back in this location again.

Terrible experience at this location. Wrong order. Worst customer experience ever with “manager” who would not give name or fix problems. “Manager” was rude combative and was carrying on a conversation on personal cell phone and texting during entire experience. I will never go to this location again the most unprofessional display of horrible customer service ever.

Good morning from Reno NV BK. That's right I'm in a Burger King for breakfast. It was great the service I got this morning and the greeting. Woody is the first person since. Arrived here to greet me . Lorilee is this units rgm. When you come me to this BK the parking lot is not in the best of shape. Drive thru is ok. The building is kinda worn. With the look their great customer service makes up for all the rest. You go bk you all deserve the 5:stars
