Auntie Anne's Pretzels

Was there 8/12/17 Was in a long line of folks wanting pretzels it was 815 p.m. when I reached the front if the line and was told if I did not see what I wanted that I could NOT have it !!?? The mall closes at 9 p.m. 45 minutes to closing and they were done the the girl behind the counter seemed put off by my surprise that I could NOT get a pretzel from the pretzel place 45 minutes b4 closing ! She kept telling me that the place they wash the dishes is all the way down by the food court rolling her eyes and looking at me as if I were expecting a miracle from her ! I swear all I wanted was a pretzel from the pretzel place?? Will not stop in to get my usual cup.of pretzels any more. Never again. Bobbie Whiting

I was just there @ 2:15 this afternoon 1/10/16. The pretzel was tasty!!! However the service left a bad taste in my mouth. My first time there didnt know i could get the pepperoni pretzel nuggets. I asked if i could get it cut up and into a cup so i coyld have an easier time dipping it. The girl said she didnt have the time cause they were buzy. Not my problem its buzy where i work too. I asked again she started yacking about it to her co workers as if she was irritated. That was very rude. I commented. Then she complained to her boss. The boss said three times... "its just a pretzel ma'am." i was embarassed for even asking though i explained im walking as tgeres nowhere to sit. It was obvious it didnt go over well asking for the conveniece. The more i said please the more they argued. Will never go tgere again as long as i see those faces. Besides its just a pretzel anyhow, right?
