Safari Texas Ranch

This was our first MD Anderson Holiday Gala post COVID and we were extremely happy and satisfied with Safari Texas Ranch. The owner was absolutely accommodating, very personable and genuinely kind to meet your needs as a customer. Our event coordinator Ms. Beth was excellent in every way possible to give us the best experience as customers. They are truly professionals and experts when it comes to event planning and making everything perfect so you don't have to worry and feel anxious. Oh, and we have not even mentioned how there was more than plenty of food and the most delicious scrumptious dishes just like in a five star restaurant. We had 3 main buffet stations, Mexican food ( fajitas and the works) Italian ( rolls/salads pasta/Chicken Champagne) and Indian (Chicken masala, paneer etc.) and everything... I MEAN EVERY SINGLE STATIONS were ALL cooked and prepared like the real Chefs were at the site. We had a really big group and when I asked each table, every one were happy about the appetizers/food servings. Let's not forget the dessert table.. to die for folks! All the servers were courteous and attentive. The bartender was the real deal! The ballroom decorations were outstanding and the place was immaculately clean. We are so happy and thankful that we found this place and that we decided to go with them after seeing 6 other venues. We had such a good time and would most definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a reception venue. Everyone, were just so impressed that we are ready to come back next year! THANK YOU! We recently had our wedding at the Safari Lodge. It was breathtaking and everything I imagined and more. Alli helped us along the entire journey and we couldn't be more appreciative for everything she did for us. The communication was amazing and on the day of the wedding, she would consistently check in on us to see if we needed anything. She even above and beyond to help me find a last-minute makeup artist when mine didn't show up. We couldn't be happier to have had our special day here. If you're debating where to have your wedding, look no further than Safari Texas Ranch. The next time we have an event, we're coming back here for our future daughters Quince, sweet 16, or any event really. We will forever recommend this place to everyone we know.

Biggest complaint as a visitor was that the location host multiple weddings at the same time, like up to seven! We missed the idea there is a board at entrance that tells you where to go Staff eventually got us to the right location. One attendee went to three weddings before getting it right. Beautiful peacocks on property…. And their poop. Had to scrub out of my toddlers shoes. We were at the Safari Lodge. Very expansive area with large patio that was nice. The did a decent job of keeping rooms cool.

The night was perfect and was something we will never forget. Their team did such an incredible job from the bartenders to the gentlemen picking up as everyone finished their food and drinks. Big shoutout to Noe, he was always so attentive anytime my wife and I were near the bar. We’re lucky to have Beth along the way because she definitely made this process so smooth for us from the beginning. We will continue to rave about your services and forward you along to anyone we know who is in need of catering/wedding info.

I would highly recommend Safari Texas Ranch as a wedding venue, especially if you're having a larger wedding. Ours was about 400 people. Anusha and Alli did a fantastic job with helping us plan all of the details for the day. Anusha was able to meet all of our needs that day. We held our ceremony there and it looked beautiful in the Roman Gardens. I also really loved the Infinity Ballroom with the chandeliers. The food was also delicious!

This venue is one of the best places to hold your event at! I want to give a special thanks to Anusha. Everything was beyond our expectations and all the guests were praising the venue. Also a huge shout out to the chef and his crew for great food for both events. Definitely will work with them in the future!
