Papa Johns Pizza

Visited this location November 8th 2023 around 1:30 pm. As soon as I walked in the building I was greeted and asked what I would like to order. I ordered The Shaqueroni. I was told it would take approximately 10 minutes to whip up. Ten minutes later, it was ready. My food came out very hot and was indeed delicious. Addendum; This was the first time in a long time I'd been to a Papa Johns, would recommend visiting this location.

I would give more stars if possible. I had the best service of my life with Chaylin. Not only did he get us the best papa John’s pizza we’ve ever had, but when our car burst into flames he ran out and saved my Mr whiskers (cat). My wife was in tears and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Not only does this papa John’s employ the best servers out there. But also the bravest. Much love, and many kitten kisses.

I do like Pappa John's pizza I really do . The one contention I have about the Papp John's location nearest me( 2 locations) is they do not make the Shaq-a-roni pizza . I tried ordering said delicacy, but was denied such delight. The person (in store ) said they do not make it here . Now I know how Mario felt when he was told 'your princess is in another castle '. Heart broken and defeated I called around and found the nearest Pappa John's was in Sienna Plantation. Alas , too far ...*tummy grumbles*

Very happy with the service and pizza! Caleb was very nice and accommodating. I asked over the phone if they offer curbside and he told me they didn’t exactly but if I called when I arrived, he would bring it out to me. When I arrived, the staff I could see were all wearing masks which I appreciate during this pandemic, especially when I have been to several other restaurants that did not observe the mask order. Good job Papa John’s!

This Papa johns has always been a favorite place of mine and to not credit them for at least trying would not be fair, the food is always good, maybe rarely a bit cold but pizza is just as good cold especially when it's Papa Johns. Now my only complaint is delivery, I understand things get busy and sometimes in the rush it's difficult to get food where it needs to go, but when the store is only a mile drive away and it quite literally should only take 2 or 3 minutes to deliver the items ordered. There is a time estimate accompanied with the order when it leaves and frequently I don't get my items I ordered in that time frame, which gives ample time for delivery. In this case the food was delivered 15 minutes late and the complimentary sauce was busted inside the box. I contacted the manager and he was incredibly courteous and polite even going as far to give us a complimentary pizza. I will continue to order from this location, I just hope the delivery service picks up it's pace.
