Was the best jack in the box ever when it opened, went horribly down hill over the years to the point where I just stopped going, but it's been good lately even at 12am with a line they were quick!

Went through the drive-through and got a breakfast burrito they stopped offering the normal one, so I got the only one they still sell ... it was good and fresh

Oct 20, 11:45 pm this crew did an awesome job, purchased the #2 combo with coke and curley fries and 2 tacos. To my surprise everything was amazing. Fries and tacos were hot and crunchy, buttery jack was fresh and delicious, coke tasted as good as McDonald's famous coke. I usually avoid this place and drive and extra 10 min to the next jack in the box because of multiple bad experiences here but I'm so glad I gave it another try. I definitely will be back again. 5 star everything!!

I hadn't been here in a while cause my last experience was horrible, but today the staff (different from last time)was very friendly and professional, the food was amazing and I didn't have to wait for my food

The lady Renae that took my order was by far the most polite, helpful, professional encounter I have ever had at any Jack in the Box. The service was in a timely manner. The store was clean. I would definitely recommend if you are in the Richmond area.

Ok can I just say in a world where manners have gone out the door. I have found someone who does not make me shiver with the thought of having to go order food. And deal with people who do not care or know what they are doing. I found Larry who works at Jack in the Box on Crabb River Road in Richmond, Texas. He greets you with a warm smile, he is always respectful and goes out of his way to make sure you get what you have ordered and much much more. He has patients and cares about the quality of his work. I a sure there are some of you out there who are saying or its just Jack in the box who cares. Well he cares and i care NOW and i not shiver in the thought of having to go order fast food and deal with a bunch of employees who do not care. Larry cares and deserves a big raise because he makes the customers happy and takes pride in his work. You go Larry :) Beverly

I walked in at 830am and no one was at the registers or even said hello until 5min later. The place itself is nice, even has a fireplace for some reason. It was empty yet all but 2 tables were dirty. The food itself was mostly good. The bacon sucked though.
