Absolutely my favorite Chinese restaurant in all of RVA. I've been eating here since moving to the Southside in 1998. Always has large portions, outstanding sauces, and the best hot and sour soup of all. My usual go-to is the pan fried noodles with beef or shrimp. Hearty brown garlic sauce, broccoli, carrots, and cabbage over pan fried noodles. I could literally eat it every day!
One of my other favorites is their egg foo young. Fresh prepared with tasty brown gravy!
In 25 years this restaurant has stayed consistent.

The food was very tasty for dinner. We chose the shrimp and scallop with garlic sauce and shrimp fried rice along with egg rolls and wonton soup. Great flavor and food came out hot. Service was not bad at all, either. Would return to this establishment.

Has typically been good in the past. Seemed that we were not totally welcome tonight. Hunan chicken very good-- chicken was cooked really well and vegetables were very good quality and freshness(fresh sautee mushrooms were excellent). Other dish lacked flavor. Will be back though as it is overall still a good restaurant and most of dishes I have had over the years have been really good.

Clean well appointed dining area with a well stocked bar. The service was fast and friendly and the food was fresh and well prepared. It is the typical Chinese restaurant menu though, no matter where you go they all serve pretty much the same recipes.

My family and I ate at Jiang’s restaurant last week and were pleasantly surprised. The interior of the restaurant is nice and inviting. We were greeted warmly by the staff, and our service was excellent. The food was also tasty. I ordered the chicken and broccoli, which was delicious. My husband ate the General Tso, which was very good. Not the best he’s had, but he still enjoyed his meal. Our boys ordered the chicken fried rice and orange chicken. We will definitely be back for another meal.

This is my go to for Chinese food and they do not disappoint. The hunan shrimp is one of my favorites and the dinner option shrimp are huge. I'm also a big fan of the egg foo young. The service only adds to the dining experience. Everyone from the time you enter until you leave is pleasant and takes care to make sure everything is to your liking. Review update: After I posted this review I went for lunch and ordered the egg food young. It was good but the gravy was a bit salty. My server was receptive to my feedback and told me she would let the kitchen know.

The best Chinese restaurant in Richmond, if not all of VA. Food is always flavorful, never too greasy or dry. Not too salty, so good you don’t even need soy sauce. I come here at least twice a week.

Came in from out of town and decided to give this place a try. We are glad we did! Best Chinese food we have had in a long time. The hot and sour soup was delicious. The main dishes were spot on good. The service was fast and friendly.

Would give a bit closer to 4.5 if that was an option. Service was good - never any issues. The $5 kid’s meal was a great option for the toddler - fries and chicken fingers. The lunch combos are all around $8; my general Tso’s was $8.95 (these do not include a drink). You don’t get a massive portion, either, but it will still fill you up. The soups are the best part. It’s definitely getting a bit decrepit in decor - signs are fading and rips in the booths are covered by potholders from dollar tree sewn in. Overall a solid place for a basic Chinese meal.
