The food is fast food, so that is a limitation, but the service is ALWAYS stellar. The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pretty good.. It's just hard to get hot waffle fries, even when you ask for it... It might be... Rocket Science maybe that's why.. 😂

The chicken tenders are crunchy on the outside, moist, and juicy on the inside. Service was quick, considering how busy it was. The kids love the tower and slide on the playground.

Dawn was an amazing server with great work ethic she even congratulated me for passing test and left a congratulations note on my bag, she made my day today.

The staff is always courteous and willing to help. My mobile order was missing an item, and I had to return for it. But the staff was accommodating and attentive.

The food was fresh and tasty like usual, no compliant there. What really made this place better was that the children’s play area was clean and I felt very comfortable letting my daughter play there.

I use the mobile app 3-5 times a week and drive through the mobile app pick up line at the Pump Road location. As an avid Chick Fil A patron I know the food will be great, but what I’ve come to love more are my morning check-ins with Anthony and Dominque. These two gentlemen are a beautiful representation of what service looks like. They are both incredibly pleasant and I really look forward to checking in with them in the morning and the lovely banter we have. I’m just so impressed with them and sincerely hope they are recognized for the experience they are creating for their customers.

The wait in our side of the drive through was quite long. I am not sure if it was because of the person taking the order or the ppl in the vehicle. Our fries were also missing salt.
