I have been to Penn Station many times. This Penn Station put a new perspective on a steak and cheese. Best steak and cheese that I ever had!!! Also, it was the first time I had someone at Penn Station to go around and ask how is everything. Top Shelf!

Had a very great lunch here yesterday. The food was amazing and reasonable priced, staff was knowledgeable and helpful and great atmosphere. They even gave us a free amazing fresh baked chocolate chip cookie and we got an extra one shhh. I would recommend Penn Station if you enjoy good subs and friendly employees.

Surprised at how tasty their heros are. But also surprised how expensive sandwiches have become. Probably one of the best I've had locally though. So I'll be back!

Got to give it up for my man, Herm! He is a sandwich GOD!!!! Literally makes the most delicious sandwiches and I had an issue with mine, he quickly corrected it. Super attentive and kind. The man deserves a raise for his amazing service!

First time eating at Penn Station. I've heard about them from several people. The bread is good. Overall I think it's better than most shops.

Been here a few times and overall good experience. I’ve missed this since moving away from where we used to live so I sometimes come when I get to Richmond. The chicken parm is by far the best.

They mailed me a coupon for a free sub. I even got to customize my free sub. Definitely a nice surprise.

Delicious. Very reasonable prices. I think my favorite part is the variety in sizes and the price you pay in it matches the size of the sub you want you can either get a small subs for cheaper price or you can literally get a giant sub for still only $13 when going to Subway now days you basically spend $13 on one sub and these Giant Subs are massive. last time I went here it was delicious and I have no complaints.
