Chick-fil-a

4 stars for one very big reason. The food is consistent for the most part. The service is usually friendly enough. The atmosphere is mid, but not awful. My issue is that even with employees standing outside rain or shine and multiple drive through lanes, it's still incredibly slow and inconvenient. To start, employees always reach you before you get to the menus meaning if you aren't already familiar with the menu, you have to have an awkward moment of asking to see the one on their tablet or just guess. Then after you order, more often than not, your food gets to you before the cars in front of you, get theirs, or the cars in back of you get their food before you. Meaning someone's always stuck waiting behind other cars even as their food gets cold. We've gotten stuck for 10 minutes before just waiting for the cars in front of us to get food. So yeah. Food is consistent. Convenience? Not great.

I had a good evening here. Got a good dinner. Tried a milkshake but didn't like it. I felt bad asking if they could give me another one, but the woman at the counter smiled and said no problem! Brought me another one which I did like and so here I am. The woman's name was cheniah? Close to that, but point is excellent service and very kind!

Located inside the White Oak Village Shopping Center - Within the past year, they gave this place a remodel. They took out the kids' play area but added a lot of additional seating inside and updated the furnishings. They also have the updated drive-through lanes, and despite being constrained on lot space, they get a lot of customers through quickly. The same great food and service you expect from every location. (Didn’t love the pimento sandwich), but it was still hot and fresh.

I am a morning regular at this location and they are fantastic. The whole team doesn't miss a beat. It is like a well oiled machine. They always treat me like I am family and they do this for every single customer. I highly recommend making getting breakfast from this chick Fila part of your morning routine!
