The waitress we had was incredible! So friendly and nice and the food of course was amazing.

Really wish I could have taken the names of the staff! But everyone was great! They took our order then sent me a text when it was ready to be picked up. They were pretty quick getting our meals done. Will stop by again when we are around!

Food was really good ordered the kid waffle with bacon, Minute Maid orange juice....waffle tasted like cake. Hubby had the eggs over easy with hash browns, sausage everything was so good.

Staff are always quick and get the order right. If you go at peak times, expect to wait a few minutes for a table. You guys know what to expect from waffle house and this place maintains the standard. Good place to go if you want a basic, tasty breakfast.

It's freaking waffle house. Go. We went after a Richmond race and it didn't disappoint.

This Waffle House location was great! My waffle and hash browns were cooked extra like I requested, and Erica was an excellent waitress! Also, since this location is located very near to VCU, most of the patrons were college-aged youngsters, so keep that in mind. However, there was no disruptive behavior.

These guys are great! I live in the area and frequent there every Saturday OR Sunday normally. Around the third time the guys knew my order and got just the right amount of personal you would want your 2pm breakfast servers to be! Definitely one of the better waffle houses I have visited!

Absolutely great place to eat around 2am. First time there but the chefs made my food fast and right. The waitress was polite and efficient, Female mgt thank me for coming. I was shocked/elated. I'm use to great service like this at kona grill; not a waffle house. I will definitely come back , bring others, and recommend this particular franchise to others. Thank you for serving me!!!!🙂

This is the best waffle house I have been to. The staff are extremely concerned with you having a quick, and well prepared meal. They do a great job. I have been to this location several times, and they never disappoint.
