I’m not sure why this location has such mediocre reviews. I’ve been here over a dozen times now and I’ve had a great experience every single time. Great food, great service.

The spicy Italian unwhich is AMAZING!!!!!! I can not have bread & when I was told about this option I jumped on it. First off the establishment was clean, smelled good & staff were patient. I hadn't been to a Jimmy Johns in a while & looking at the menu was overwhelming. I told the staff what I liked & they helped with the suggestions. It wasn't busy as all as I was telling them what I liked the person next to the cashier was literally making it based off what he heard me say. Service was fast & great.

Great Subs, and super fast. I still can't believe how fast they made those sandwiches, that night they were out of pickles, and another item. But hey it happens, sub was still good. Great customer service.

Came in around 8:40? The guy behind the counter was super nice and quick. Really nice that you guys are open up late since the staples mill location closes I believe at 8 or 9.

I have been ordering subs from this location for the last 6 months. The subs are delicious and addictive. Everything is so fresh and tasty. My favorite sub is the Roast beef and ham, but the Ham and turkey comes in close at 2nd favorite. I would recommend this location to everyone.

This is a great location for far above average subs. New Spicy Italian and Cuban are both fun, delicious, and worth ordering. Combo only saves you fifteen cents so not much value. Surprisingly, added crunch from cucumbers on your subs will improve your mood. A bit noisy and only limited booths so not a romantic getaway. Tip: Ask them to cut your sub in half for elegant dining.

It was pretty good. Ordered an Italian sub and a regular soft drink. Cost about $10.45 and they dillivered to the hospital so that was a plus . Driver was very polite as well. So if your ever at the hospital and want something to eat besides the nasty cafeteria food, you should try out Jimmy John's. I promise you won't regret it 😁

Started going to the Village Shopping Center Jimmy Johns in June because I am a Dialysis patient and my home unit was having renovations done. I had been having problems with my protein level because nothing tasted good on my tongue. The first time I tasted the #5 Vito and the Chocolate chunk cookie, I was hooked, everything was so fresh and tasty, I was on my way to feeling so much better. I had been eating the same sandwich for over a year so the thought of changing was nonnegotiable.When I found this Jimmy Johns it was like being home. I will be going back to my home unit, in Midlothian, next month and I will surely miss these young men very mannerable, polite, they recognized my voice and got my order right every time. They helped my stay to be bearable and I will never forget their kindness. It was so nice to have the same consistency in both stores, with the sandwiches and the staff. You all do a wonderful job hiring and training your staff
