This was the best chipotle I went to . Everyone was so friendly and nice . Definitely will be going here again .

Food was good, service however was slow. I ordered online and had my pick up time for 5:40, I got there at 5:42 and had to wait 10 minutes for my food.

Still the best Chipotle in the city! Go inside and order. Everyone hates people who order online. The folks complaining about portions are the people who show up to a restaurant the last hour before close and I promise we all also hate you.

Every time I go there is this young man with burgundy and black locks, he is so awesome and has the best customer service ever!!

My friends and I had a great meal from here at 9pm on a Saturday night. The chicken and guacamole were spot on for chipotle. Food was tasty!

This Chipotle is by far the best I’ve been to. The staff is amazing, very friendly and personable. They maintained professionalism and were a joy to interact with. The manager Shay was great and his team is awesome. Jay (Jaqui I think) made our bowls and he was the best! He mixed up each of the ingredients before scooping them into the bowls (I take this seriously! No one wants dry crusty ingredients lol) and he was so sweet and patient with my group as we figured out what we wanted. I definitely recommend this location!! Will be back soon 😁

Chipotle at Richmond downtown, the only reason I took a star off is they meat savings portions. I usually get a scoop and half for an order but they gave me 1 scoop and 2 pieces of cut steak. Overall very clean store and clean bathrooms.
