This is by far the best McDonald's in Richmond Virginia hands down the manager with the dreads the dark guy is awesome the skinny lady with the glasses very nasty and rude

The food was delicious, and the drive thru went fast. I asked for McCracken biscuits and received chicken mcgriddles. I didn't notice the mistake until after I paid, but they were still very yummy.

Typical McDonald's long line in the drive thru moved quickly. Slower service inside unless you preordered. Fries were hot, which is always a plus in my book!!! Slushy machine was working, I didn't know that McDonald's sold slushies!

Came in during a late lunch rush. The manager was doing a fantastic job getting people helped and moving food out as quickly as possible, all with a good attitude. She was also training an employee at the same time. It’s not often you find McDonald’s employees and managers that are as nice and positive as she was

This McDonald’s was amazing. They serve breakfast till 11 AM on Sunday. My Egg McMuffin tasted delicious and the service was fast and friendly. This is definitely one of the better ones in the area. The one north of here was so disorganized I walked in and walked back out and drove to this one.

I ordered a 10 nugget with free quarter pounder. It took 22 mins to get our food inside. The staff was very entertaining. They seemed to be very busy, but the banter was great. I hope they have a good rest of their day, and I’m sorry the job isn’t very fun or fulfilling. They did include extra sauces so that was great.

Service was quick but the customer service could be better than what I experienced. The customer service employee had an attitude about everything even when I asked for ketchup for my sauce she still didn't give me any and got mad when I asked for some other than that everything was good.

I visited this location twice for breakfast. It was near a work event I was in town attending. The drive thru was pretty quick and my food was good. Staff were polite and professional. I did not go inside but there is ample parking and it's easy to get in and out of.
