Hardee's

The service was slow. Three people that were waiting to be served ahead of me, walked out. Drive-thru service was down and most people that were asked to come in to be served opted out. I ordered the big breakfast. It was a good price and the food was good. My only disappointment was that I received 1 1/2 strips of bacon instead of two strips .

We ended up not eating here...pulled up in the parking lot a little while ago...the drive thru line was long so my husband went inside of the restaurant. The grill cook greeted my husband. There was a lady cooking tater tots. My husband continued to stand at the counter. She never acknowledged my husband. So he asked is there anyone working the front counter. The lady that was cooking the tater tots responded very abruptly "I am!' then she went over to the drive thru window. So my husband said ok and walked out of the restaurant. We ended up going to BOJANGLES, where the service was much much better! My husband stating that we will not be returning to this Hardees.

I only go to Hardee’s for breakfast and I have been to this location three times because it is so convenient versus going to the staples mill location now I don’t mind driving the distance this will be my last time supporting this specific Hardee’s. It needs to be shut down or some reconstructing in process. I ordered two orders one which was wrong I also was given sweat tea that tasted like swamp water. Employees were eating at the window and didn’t give any greeting very unprofessional.

Not sure of the lady name but she was rude unattractive overweight and her hair weave could have looked a whole lot better. The audacity for her to even be at work looking like that gives black people a bad look on our race and a even bad look for Hardee’s. Plus bread on burgers was not fresh. I have had good experiences at this location but clearly this was the worst one.

Went there yesterday day morning for breakfast. Building on the outside need a good cleaning, especially the doors and windows. My biscuit was dry and in crumbles. Not nice and fluffy like I'm used to at the locations where I live in North Carolina. The country ham stank! I tried to eat it but spit it back out and tossed in the trash can! Tasted funny. On top of that, the staff was in there sounding like a commotion going on, or maybe they were just being loud, and maybe their normal. But whatever it was it came across unprofessional, and a bit ratchet. My kids' hash browns looked like they were sitting there for a while, greasy and tasted old. Detour if you think about visiting this location!

First of all let me just say that l understand the employee shortage issues and know that a lot of fast food restaurants are struggling. But l go to this Hardee's restaurant fairly often, and every time I go back, l'm hoping it will be a better experience. I always get the same thing for breakfast... a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. After you order and you're driven to the window, there's a picture on the wall of what the sandwich looks like. But when you get the actual sandwich it looks nothing like the picture. The sandwich is just thrown together with no care in the world. Not to mention; there is barely any egg on the sandwich. I have to ask for double eggs just to get my full servings of egg.l got so disgusted one time that l decided to go to a different restaurant. But it didn't taste as good as Hardee's, so l came back. But you guys have to do better. Please make the sandwiches as though you're making it for yourselves. I understand it takes time, but most people don't mind waiting for a quality hot product that they are spending money for. Now let's talk about the building... l have never seen a Hardee's refurbished. Never! They have the same old drab look they had back in the 90s. The McDonald's across the street was just refurbished; which is something they do fairly often. But Hardee's; Never! I continue going there because l like the food; but y'all have to do better! Ever notice how long the lines are at McDonald's compared to Hardee's? Hmmm...
