Shavrae, at this location, gave excellent service and was so pleasant that I had to write a review. Good service is a bit hard to come by these days, so I feel the need to document when I do have a positive experience.
The food was just ok - definitely not freshly prepared (chicken had a rubbery texture) and fries were not hot. However, Shavrae's 5-star service made up for the food quality.

This particular location was nice and clean, workers were busy and working hard.
The chicken strips are quite small, so not a great value. But overall was tasty and the fries & toast were great as well.

Best Zaxby's in Richmond. Their service isn't the absolute best, but they are way better than any other Zaxby's around. Plus plenty of seating.

They say there is no such thing as a free lunch. Thank you for proving them wrong (in the app.) Front of house cashier was kind and attentive. I did pay $.30 for the large fry and not sure what the regular amount of fries is but it was delicious and it did satisfy.

What a delight to find a location which takes money off the listed price when you remove the meat!
The "garden" version of the Blue Salad is delicious, and vegetarians aren't subsidizing meat eaters.
