The employees were extremely kind we enjoyed it very much. They deserve a raise with the wonderful customer service they give. It takes a lot of compassion to deal with the everyday life of customer service.

Staff was very polite and efficient, also friendly and welcoming. Smoothie was great, I recommend the blueberry bliss. It was very refreshing and on a very hot day.

Keep in mind that I'm talking to seniors. This is great for takeout but a bit chilly to sit and sip. Very small sitting area. Be prepared to brush crumps off seats if you do sit. Friendly staff though.

Service has always been very friendly at this location. As always great smoothies, Wraps, Quesadillas, Sandwiches, and salad. My favorite is Detox Island Green, it is not for everyone if you don’t like the greens. They seemed to be super busy, but everyone was calm and focused. Great team work. I didn’t have to wait too long for my order. It definitely helps to order ahead.

I haven't been to a Tropical Smoothie in a while so I was pleased with some newer choices in smoothies and wraps/sandwiches. My meal was tasty and made quickly. I prefer a nice sit down meal rather than grab and go but since that is not allowed in the pandemic, I thought the food was good for the speed at which it was made.

Stopped in to grab a quick smoothie and had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come greet me. There was someone else outside and people who could clearly see that I was in the main shop/counter area. The saving grace is that things are well priced and the flavor of the smoothie is good.

Today we had pretty quick service, sometimes it can get slow if there are too few workers for a rush. The 2 girls they had on smoothies were spot-on and worked as a great team. I saw 2 more people working food, which really helped the big crowd that came in after us. The food's pretty good, but I'm not sure it's THAT good of a value for the price. (And for anyone who thinks they're being "healthy" because they're having a smoothie, these are loaded with sugar, with extra added besides natural sugar from the fruit, unless you remember to ask for Splenda or no added sugar.)
