Food is good (I pretty much only buy double whoppers) but the service is hit or miss - most of the time professionalism is absent (no greeting when you pull up to drive thru, simply ((and literally)) "what do you want?", or when receive your order and say thank you, you just get a blank stare, not even a nod of acknowledgement) but on that rare occasion there'll be an employee working the drive-through who is alert, courteous, and attentive. Ordered 2 Whoppers, 2 small orders of onion rings, milkshake and drinks. We were not able to get the milkshake but the woman, Tiki S., who took our order let me get a large onion rings. Whenever I have visited this Burger King on Jefferson Davis Hwy in Richmond, VA Tiki has been the one to take my order. She is always friendly and even makes suggestions for me to be sure I'm getting the most for my money. I appreciate her and highly recommend visiting Burger King at 4700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23234!!
