Tonight we celebrated my beautiful daughter Faith. It was her 21st birthday. From the moment I entered this I knew it was going to be a good night. Germoni and Lajoi we're both very hospitable. They went above and beyond. Germoni asked me what my daughter liked so that she could put it on the card. Unbeknownst to her that my daughter loved SpongeBob. I told her that she loved pineapples and butterflies. Germoni took the time to make a personal card for my not only did she draw it she colored it and then gave it to me so I can give it to my daughter. Now that's what the best customer service I have ever had in any restaurant that I have reviewed. I do have over 5 million views of my reviews that I have done I am in the top 10% of Google reviewers. I want everyone to know that this might not be The boathouse like one other customer told on my way in. But this restaurant has its own style and flare. Each individual's personality suits the atmosphere of this establishment. I was even able to meet the manager and talked with her. I want to recommend the garlic shrimp and the grilled bok choy. My daughter had the shrimp tacos. One of the young ladies at the party had a cowboy Burger she was very happy with that and one of our girls got a Cobb salad and that was amazing. We got the calamari the crispy calamari that was really really good as well. The place was clean it was neat it was well-organized. And I definitely have to get props to the professionals who prepared our food. Thank you for making my daughter's 21st birthday one of the best ever. I am definitely going to recommend this restaurant whether you're just passing through or you live locally. This mama bear was very happy about her visit to this restaurant. Props to the management that was on duty that night. Thank you so much for the wonderful crew you had on board helping you out. And even brought my daughter a piece of pineapple upside down cake with a lit candle as we song Happy Birthday. It was our 11th wedding Anniversary, and also the 2nd anniversary of my grandmother's passing and they made it a night to remember. Our server Mitchie and the manager Alycen were so attentive. They allowed my husband to drop off flowers and balloons to our igloo ahead of time. The staff gave us an anniversary card, champagne toast, and complimentary dessert. It was amazing and so was the anniversary. Thank you for making our 11th anniversary so special!

Alycen “aly” made my night she was very attentive and sweet throughout the night and made sure my order came out fast and hot. I didnt know how one’s service and smile could brighten a long work day ! Happy hour was amazing 🤩 Will come again soon maybe with some friends and reservation. My bartender - Kiana was amazing and had a recommendation waiting for me once again if you haven’t came for happy hour please do and bring the whole family atmosphere is amazing.

Last night my fiancé and I experienced the heated igloo at Island Shrimp Co at Rockets landing for their Rum & Reindeer Holiday pop-up. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience, service, and food. Michi was our server and she was beyond amazing! The food was delicious and the drinks were on point. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great time out and thank you Michi for your exceptional service.
