Pizza Hut

Probably the worst pizza place I've ever done business with. I gave this location 3 opportunities and all of them let me beyond down. The staff can't even begin to pretend they care about their jobs. I ordered for pickup and waited in front of the register for over almost 10 minutes before an employee acknowledged me, then waited another 20 for my pizza to be done. Pizza was never done at the estimated time. I even gave them an extra 10 minutes before leaving for pickup, still not ready. Customer service is really nonexistent here. It's absolutely worth driving to a further location if you really want Pizza Hut. Otherwise I'd highly recommend the Papa John's in Lakeside. They're delivery is quick and accurate and they're customer service is great. I wonder how this Pizza Hut is even still open.

Love the pizza from the hut, but this location makes me want something else. Floors and counters appear dirty, nowhere to park (which is not really their fault), and the staff usually talk more to each other than they seem to work. Also, whenever I want delivery, they aren't delivering. However, it's very close to home, special offers are usually good, and I like the pizza. Do yourself a favor and order through app or website. Don't call.

I should have read all the reviews first. I only gave one star because I had to give something in order to write my review. Food was 1 1/2 hours late. I received my pizza at 6 pm and ordered at 3:54 with a 35-45 min delivery time. I called several times in which I was told It was on it's way, he's outside my house and the manager told the cs agent to tell me that she was busy and to call her back.. and that was after waiting one hour n 30 mins for my food. The food finally arrived and it was not hot, the crust was hard and my cookie was hard.. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! GHETTO AZ HELL and food quality on ZERO..

Worst experience ever. Ordered food at 4 with 30 minute wait time it arrived at 5. When speaking with the delivery driver (an older gentlemen) he acted as if a 30 minute difference was 3 minutes. He got no tip and to top it off they gave me a raggedy receipt with no store number at all so I couldn't leave a review with the actual corporation. First and last time using this pizza hut location. If I had the actual store number vs CS I would call and let them know. And if that wasn't enough the food was cold....

Delivery comes in after TWO 2 hours and I'm only about a mile and half away saying it's been "a crazy night". Just told the guy to take it back since we ate something else already and didn't want a cold pizza. Called multiple times and they gave a different excuse as to why I still hadn't received pizza yet. I just moved to this Pizza Hut's delivery zone and I am a pizza hut fan will NOT be ordering from this location again. If you want delivery and actually want to eat warm pizza do yourself a favor and Order from Dominoes or Papa John's instead. AVOID at all costs if you're hungry!!!!
