Sonic Drive-in

For my birthday myself and my two daughters done this thing where we went to multiple restaurants and got something. Sonic I always get the strawberry cheesecake milkshake no matter what I'm eating. I love this place. My youngest and me go to Sonic at least once a week. It's got great food and drinks. Friendly people and fast and fresh hot food. I have yet to be disappointed!!!! We usually go to the Sonic in Berea KY but this one was closer to my home.

My sister, best friend & I eat at our local Sonic at least 3 times a week and every time its the same Sonic employee working the window. This lady is extremely rude, not friendly at all, she actually never speaks one word besides telling us our total. Also when we pay for extra toppings, we don't get them - we actually get less. I ordered a number 3 which was supposed to have bacon on it I was second In line in the drive thru. The person In front of me was put In a stall along with me being put in the 2 stall. Three cars came behind me. My food was cold , no bacon plus the fries were cold. Please do better if you care. The place was not busy.

I just ordered a number one with no ketchup. Sat outside at stall thirteen for over 25 minutes before I got my food. Also the order they got wrong too, so overall just not a great experience. They focus solely on pushing out drive through orders so the people who order from booths get left sitting for way too long. Do not recommend.

You’d think if you spend as much as a dine in restaurant on food that the food you ordered would be correct im a regular at sonic and EVERY time I order chili cheese tots I get the salty regular tots, the big red is flat this time my husband brought back food it was wrong they rushed didn’t give home receipt and my food was wrong I will say McDonald’s always misses my sauce and straw but I can deal with that but I’m done ordering expensive combos at sonic if they keep messing up food. Dairy Queen messed my order once I said I’d never return I’ve not been since When I say I won’t come back I’m actually someone that means that the fries are pitiful and I really like chili cheese tots when they repeat what you say and charge people for it I’d expect them to get it right one, or a few mess ups okay but every other Time I go there. One more messed up tot and I won’t come back

I ordered a cheeseburger combo with fries, an order of onion rings, Diet Dr. Pepper, Raspberry cream slush. All the hot items were cold delivered to our car. I requested fresh hot fries, rings as well as beef patty...all were sent back and nuked...as I had taken a bit of the burger. It was so cold the cheese was cold. No replacements...all requests for hot food to be delivered to me hot was quickly brought back out after being put in a microwave and brought back to my car. $15.00 of nuked food😳. I did state that I didn't feel like going home to cook dinner so I made the choice to eat at Sonic with my Mother. I was indeed highly disappointed. The employee apologized and said they had just had a bad rush. Our drinks were ok.

I refuse to come back to this place and I live right beside of it. 10:30 at night, I place a mobile order, 20 minutes later, the drive thru clears out and still no order. 2 slushies. That's it. I call the store, no answer. So i went to the patio. The assistant manager starts running her mouth to me over the speaker and tries to deny my order that I had already paid for. She then comes out and, in front of my daughter gets in my face and tells me that I need to seek help. So of course I told her she needs a drug test. Duh. Over half her size and if she had laid a hand on me like she was bucking up to do, I would have owned her. Start your mouth in front of my child.... corporate has been contacted. LOL and she couldn't even get my slushie right. Nowhere did my online order say I wanted nerds... 😂 I'm over this, they still can't get a simple order right.
