Fazoli's

Came through the drive thru and they had me pull forward because said they were making my food “fresh” I sat out in the parking lot for over 15 minutes until I finally went inside to find my food. They had forgot about me. Awesome, I was late to work at this point and really defeated the drive thru purpose. I eat my “fresh” food i had ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli. My noodles were gummy, chewy, and cold while my broccoli was brown. I threw it all in the trash. I tried calling the store to fix the issue but nobody would answer my call after trying to call 3 different times. I left a voicemail asking a manager to return my call. A call was never returned after my experience I’m not surprised. I’ll never return to this location which is sad because I frequent it often but there’s too many other options to throw my money away.

Let me start off by saying that I understand that there is a staff shortage… EVERYWHERE. When we arrived there was 1 person taking orders and 1 person in line in front of us, no one behind us waiting to order. The manager *barked at the team member at the counter “don’t take any more orders until you get the food out!” We were never acknowledged, welcomed or told it would be a few minutes. We waited for 20 minutes, the employee at the counter continued to deliver food that was fresh in the window every time she came back and ignored us completely… we eventually left without eating. Very sad that even though we were polite in giving them grace we were ignored. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Usually amazing place! One of my favorite restaurants. Great to dine-in and fast drive-thru, but… I went a couple of days ago to order food and we went through the drive-thru. They told us “give us a minute.” Alright, that’s okay. We waited a minute… and then a few more… and some more… and some more… until we were sitting for twenty minutes! We hadn’t even gotten the chance to place our order yet! The people behind us simply left. When we got our food, it wasn’t as warm as it could be for such a wait and there was a bit of sauce on the bag. C’mon, guys.

All the empty tables were dirty had to clean them before we set down to eat. The girl that brought our food out to us was very slow at everything. She was standing behind the counter to busy eating a salad and at that ti.e 4 customers walked out because they couldn't get waited on . Then we go to get pop 2 of them were out they had not filled up duties such as napkins etc. My food was cold by the time I finally got it. We cleaned up other tables for other customers so they could have a place to sit and eat. Worst place I have ever ate at and very dirty . This was in Richmond Indiana
