By far the best McDonald's in Richmond Indiana! They were short-staffed but, the crew that was there was cool headed and getting things done in a calm, courteous manner and doing it with a smile! Thank you, McDonald's West!

I have now made it to all 4 Richmond McDonald's. I had a Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee and Blueberry Muffin, and it was a delicious midmorning treat.

This McDonald's is always somehow a bit off. I don't know if they just make too much ahead, if they store things weirdly or what but our burgers are almost always lukewarm and the buns have hard spots in them like they've been microwaved or something. The drinks are never mixed right, always low on syrup. I wouldn't go there at all but sometimes we need something to eat and it's the only quick meal on that side of town and generally it doesn't make us sick, it's just not a pleasant experience.

Would be 0 stars if I could. Today I used the mobile app like almost every other person in 2022 with pay with card enabled. The employee on drive through, and their manager said I didn't pay despite showing them the paid app order and my money being taken out of my bank account. I asked for a immediate refund if I wasn't getting my food, instead they called the police and told me to leave🤣 and straight up scammed me. I've lived near this location almost all my life and always prefer any other McDonald's the management here is trash straight off the street don't let the fake good reviews fool you this place sucks

Ordered food and paid and was there waiting I know for 45 minutes before I went to the counter and asked them about my order. They had skipped it and deleted it. Went back in the register tape and found the order. Not happy

Had to wait awhile for my food. When I finally got it, it was someone else's food. I went back and told them it was the wrong order and they gave me the correct order. Giving 3 stares because they did fix the mess up, but I had to wait a long time again😕
