Honestly! I have read every comment on this thread andeveryone has already summed it up. This restaurant just did a remodeling and the service is POOR, the management team is Awful and the employees are just unsanitary and very unprofessional. I understand it’s a fast food restaurant however it’s a business and should be a professional establishment. I made my mobile order at 7:52p I stood in the store full of people, employees backs turned, laughing attitudes and moved with nonsense of urgency I received my food at 8:21p. I kept trying to get the manager for a refund and he never came. Needless to say I would NEVER go back! I really hope they do something with this establishment. It’s in the heart of the city. This is just SAD!

Do not go here! Worst customer service ever! Would give no stars if possible! All staff are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and seem like they are under the influence of something! Guaranteed wait time of at least 40 mins to get anything (Fast-food seems like a joke). Don't bother complaining because they don't care about you or your experience there. For them to have put the money into a remodel is laughable when the money would have been better spent doing some intensive training with all staff and management! Save your time do not go here, I repeat do not go here save your money and your stress levels!!!!

Service was slow, the nuggets tasted old and overall the staff didn't appear to be too happy. They were also out of large cups for the drinks. The first lady taking the order was polite and professional, however the rest of the crew that gave the food, not so much. (Maybe I've gooten too used to Chick-fil-A Customer service lately)
