Rally's

Meh. Had heard of Rally's for awhile but don't have any near home. Finally saw one on a road trip and figured let's see what's up. First off, the boneless wings had a long black hair in them. And it wasn't from anyone in our car. They replaced them without any issue but the wings without hair were not that great. The batter was really thick and hard along the edges. Like tooth hurting hard. Not bueno. The burger was OK but not great. A bit greasy but not horrible.

Fast, correct order, and amazing strawberry icecream! I've loved their mushroom swiss burgers and fries as far back as I can remember, and I recently discovered that they have strawberry soft serve icecream! I will pass numerous other places just for the delicious icecream. This location is by far the quickest and most efficient I've visited.

If only there was a zero star's option. I pulled up to the speaker at 4:27 PM. I ordered a 5 piece chicken bite combo two burgers and fries. I was asked to pull and park because of the wait on Chicken. Well let me tell you about the wait. I sat and watched and no one came with the food so I caught someones eye in the window, only to be told they passed my chicken out to someone else and had forgotten all about me. Well at 5:06 PM I finally got my order after waiting for 40 minutes. Then I find my fries upside down in the bag. The burger had more bacon then burger. There were absolutely no sauce on or with the chicken. The absolute worst fast food experience I have ever had. Next time I'm asked to pull forward A firm no will be my answer. If I ever return.😠😠😠😠😠😠

If I could give zero stars I would. My food was pretty decent tasting, and it wasn’t cold. However, I got extremely sick after eating here. I got food poisoning from the food I was served and was down for the count for only 3 days luckily, but it was awful. I definitely would not recommend going to this place. The server himself looked very unclean if I do say so myself also.

I went there a few days ago. Ordered food. Two bacon cheese burgers and two dr peppers. I use to work in fast food and I’ve been a line cook. And I would never serve anyone a cold raw burger!! Not only that our sodas were more Carbon then anything and when I asked for the woman if she could get me a new soda. She just dumped my soda out and used the same cup and got me Coke. First of all that was disgusting and second I asked for Dr Pepper not coke. She refused to change the bib out. What kind of customer service are you running? You guys gave me food poisoning. You have so many complaints and nothing is ever being done about this?!

Employee on speaker and at window was extremely short and rude, food was fresh even though I hardly got any chicken with my chicken fries box, nor did I get a dipping sauce I asked for. If I would have know. They don’t have to wear masks at our location I probably would have ended up ordering food somewhere else.
