Ted's Coney Island

Came through Washington township for work and stopped to eat after delivery and long day of driving . Hoping to change the review, as of now I’ve waited more than 5 minutes to even be spoken to or greeted . Finally greeted due to waitress greeting and almost resitting a family who had already ate and on their way out. Poor customer service . Won’t return . Review score staying the same

First time eating there in over 5 years. Extremely disappointed with the staff, especially our waitress Stephanie who was extremely rude the entire time. We waited a long time before she even asked for drinks. By that time we were ready to order. I had my two toddlers with me and no placemat or crayons were offered or given. When ordering I had to keep asking questions like adding fries or a side. She didn’t ask for my drink order so I had to tell her before I forgot. The entire time she had no smile or friendly look on her face at all. Once food came, she just sat the food everywhere, never placed it in front of the correct people. She also never came back to ask for refills. When we were done, she just came back with a receipt and we wanted dessert. It seemed to be such an inconvenience for her. When I asked about sundaes for my toddlers, she wasn’t telling me how the smalls don’t offer fudge. Again I had to keep asking the questions. If I ever eat there again, I will make sure she’s never my waitress. Perhaps she should be in the kitchen where she’s not dealing with the public.
