Dairy Queen

This review is a few months late but I did personally acknowledge the staff already :) In July I ordered a cake for my daughter and had asked for a mermaid/ocean theme .. or the closest thing they had. I was not expecting much at all, but the cake was absolutely amazing!! There was so much care and thought put into the design and it suited our theme perfectly. All I added was the mermaid figurine and candles. Thank you again for everything and making my daughter’s day more special!

The only reason we go to this location is because Richmond centre doesn’t have chicken and I’d rather not spend the money for gas or delivery. The food is standard for Dairy Queen, the issue is that I never once have had my order fulfilled correctly. It’s never anything big - it’s just irritating when my brother always asks for no cheese, ALWAYS gets cheese. Or they will short us on dips, give us cold dips that are supposed to be warm, or completely leave out items. The staff are always nice, they just never seem to get my order quite right.

Beware when ordering blizzards! Ordered a medium but got a small, worse part is that the quality was terrible! The blizzard was mostly melted and they don't bother to serve it to you upside down because then it would just be proof of how awful it really is. Such a shame for a good dessert. Avoid this location and just buy a pint of Ben & Jerry's instead - it will cost less and it will def taste better!

The customer service was cold and harsh ..but then they microwave your burger patty right infront of you. Then your burger is so unnecessarily hot you need to let it cool for a few before you can even pick it up, at which point the patty is chewy and dry and the lettuce and tomato is mush. For a $11 fast food burger to be so terrible is shocking

My family and I been going to this dairy queen ever since it was the cooney and park location. The past 3-4 times I have been the service has been so extremely bad we are going to go out of our way to go to another location even though we live half a block from this one. Service is usually rude or lacking unless you get the woman who has been managing for years and is a gem. Blizzards never have any chunks except the very top and they even messed up a dipped cone for me once. Not worth the money or the time anymore.
