Kfc

The most horrible service I've had in a long time. That's dying someone in today's society. Went thru the drive thu. The girl taking my order had no clue about anything, there. They told me it'd be 20mins for a chicken sandwich for my child. The freezer machine wasn't working. I asked for a discount for the attitude and not being to have what I wanted. The manager that was drinking a soda while he made our food rudely stated "that's not how this wirks". They didn't put the dipping sauce in the bag. We tried to go into the lobby to request it and it was locked with no post as to why. It is 12:02 in the now afternoon.

It took way to long to get our meals. A gentleman came in 5 minutes after we showed up and ordered a 16 piece and additional stuff and waited a bit. But after 20 minutes I finally got our meals. Then I waited 4 -5 minutes for us to get our drinks. I am not saying they were slow because it was busy in drive thru. Drive thru was being priority, while customers that came in were put last. The only reason I went inside was because they told me to. We had four simple orders. 2- 4 piece chicken strips and 2 - 2 piece meals( not hard to do at all).. staff were not hateful or rude. I just think more help.

We were traveling from Spfd, Mo to Iowa. We stopped at KFC in Richmond as it was close to hwy 13 that we were traveling. I ask for 2 of the # K8 and the waitress left the coleslaw out. We did not notice til we got back to car. Dine in was not open. Hy husband went back in to get the coleslaw and the waitress was rude and demanded to see our receipt. She did not apologize. My husband stated she embarrassed him in front of others for her mistake. We waited for quite a while on the chicken and yes the chicken was hot but the biscuits and the fries were cold. Our sweet tea tasted as if it had been made several days ago. I had to throw mine away. Sorry to say we will never stop there again.

KFC is one of my top guilty pleasures! We regularly stop at this KFC in Richmond to pick up lunch for my parents in Carrollton. Only issue was that they were closed and I didn't realize that they don't open on Sunday til 11:00 a.m. Every other day they're open at 10:30. This isn't their fault, it's their posted hours. Now I know.
