Just a great overall experience. Came on a late Friday night (love that they open till 11pm). You can order at the counter or from your table via QR code. Love the decor/setup; it’s new, spacious, hand sanitizers a plenty and nice booths with comfy leather seats. Staff was nice to give free water. Burgers are always nice, filling but not bloating afterwards. Zucchini chips are delicious, only wished they gave more.

Don't usually rave about a fast food joint but damn. From the service(Maddy & Angelo) to the food I can only give compliments, keep up the good work, it's rare to eat at a chain where the staff are actually doing thier job with pride.

Super friendly service 10/10. Super delicious burger and chips 10/10. I was looking forward to a good burger meal and I got more than that. It was so satisfying. I ordered the Mighty Melbourne burger with chips. Food does taste better with great service. I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. Thank you very much!

Really disappointing that on Friday when we went for dinner, they decided to close the kitchen and their venue at 8pm! We got there at 8:02 and the staff member at the order desk, said they’re closed and won’t take our order and to try somewhere else.
It’s a Friday, how do you close at 8pm, and we got there 2 mins after without even knowing your hours changed!
Disappointed as our previous visits have been good. The staff aren’t as friendly but the food has been good.

Enjoyed my HFC burger, got asked twice if the food was nice then my plate was taken away quickly once I’d finished. Very attentive!

I got the chicken pomegranate salad for lunch today. Was very disappointed when I got back to the office and noticed no pomegranate on the salad and hardly any goats cheese or chicken. Basically paid $15 for lettuce and dressing. Service was friendly but very slow to make the salad and didn’t change gloves between touching meats or their hair when preparing the burgers and salad, very off putting.

Absolutely awesome food! The burgers are a must try. Their texture from the bun to the pattie is so smooth that it just melts in your mouth. One of the best burgers I ever had.

Nice place for group hangout , mushroom burgers are not good absolutely not worth the money... zucini and sweet potatoes chips are very oily.
Second visit ( upon owners insist)
Yes.. the cool owner of the restaurant cared for the food served and was confident that the previous review was one off case and invited us for another meal to prove that Grilled is the best.. and indeed it was the fires did not have any excess oil this time and the veg burger were so filling we felt we will not be able to complete it.
Hafte off to the team for their commitment and zest to see happy customers.
Will definitely be there again soon..
