Nice cafe with a good range of options. I found the staff to be friendly and polite. The cafe itself is clean, spacious and really nice in gwneral. The chai was very very nice with a great addition of honey on the side which not many places offer. The brioche bun was really tasty but the bacon was super dry and thin. I think this bun could be taken to the next level with a good, not overly cooked, piece of bacon. Thanks for the quick service today.

I’m here most days. Have been all year. Even through lockdown. I order so many coffees and catering and they still don’t know my name. They don’t know my order. The customer service just isn’t good. I have to add here that I did not write a second a review and I think my point about the customer service has been made for me by the owners unfounded accusation that I have created a fake account and written a second review. Cleary not a valued customer.

I live in the area and thought I’d grab a coffee from this place. The customer service was horrible from both barista and the tall lady at the counter. I’m a barista and have been working in hospitality for over 10 years, and wouldn’t ever treat my customers in this manner! I was in shock at how rude they were towards me. If I hadn’t paid for the coffee I would’ve left, felt so uncomfortable! Never ever again. Coffee was very average as well. Maybe if the service was better I wouldn’t have such a bitter taste in my mouth!! Plenty of other great coffee shops in Richmond, don’t waste your time and money!!!!!! ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
