Elixir Ristorante

Food quality is excellent. I had chicken in a lovely musroom and onion sauce and the portions were too big, including the vegetable. However the chips were not plentiful. My friend had a differnet type of chicken and was massive (and nice). The guy at the next table had what looked like England's biggest Cornish pasty and it made us all laugh. The staff were friendly and helpful too. It was a bit noisy when we went last night as there was a hen party. But I don't suppose one would ever go here for a quiet meal, especially on a Saturday.

We took a quick look at the menu (which had a wonderful amount of variety) and decided to have our lunch there. Quite simply, we were all impressed with the delicious food! The portion sizes were huge, but cost so little compared to other local restaurants. The inside was very clean and well kept, and looked very inviting. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, and very quick with everything! 100% would recommend!

The staff went above and beyond. We had an infant with us who wanted a Fruit Shoot. The staff advised they didn't have it, but 5 minutes later, one of the members of staff returned with a multi-pack of Fruits Shoots from a local store. To our surprise, upon looking at the receipt, they didn't even charge us for it either. We've never had such amazing service and food! Highly recommended - thank you so much to the restaurant staff!

Called in for lunch today and ordered a panini which came with skin on fries, salad and coleslaw for £7.95. The food was great and portions enormous! Embarrassed to say that I could only eat half of it but it was tremendous value for money.Cappuccino was also delicious and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. The restaurant looked really classy and would love to go in the evening if I lived closer (we were visiting Richmond for the day). Would highly recommend this restaurant as the rest of the menu looked great and several fellow diners told us they came on a regular basis.

21/01/23, this was the 12 year wedding anniversary of my wife and myself, this restaurant has been open for a short time in our town and let me tell you, the food and service here is second to none, I would however say book in advance, because when you have the elixir experience you’ll agree it was the best idea to pre book at least 3/4 days In advance. The atmosphere is electric, the staff service is first class, and the food…… oh my god, the food is what dreams are made of. The ambiance, the lighting you couldn’t ask for anything better whether your in for a relaxing drink with friends or your out for an occasion evening, I guarantee you will leave with nothing but a smile on your face. I can highly recommend the chicken cremme which my wife had, I had the 10oz fillet with dion sauce. The goats cheese starter and the garlic mushrooms were indescribable.
