We didn't dine in hence 1 star. The best McDonald's around. Food is piping hot, crispy chips, unheard of I know, but this place does great chips. Recommend every time.

It's amazing how during drive through the member of staff can take my order, do their make up, use their mobile phone to communicate with another planet but still manage a smile. Great job 👍

This place seems to have gotten better, it used to have rude staff and rude managers... Usually busy but generally flows well... I was served cold and hard chicken nuggets recently so still room for improvement! It's on par with any other mac d's though... Small car park but we usually use the drive through then go over to B&M to eat (shhh, don't tell them)

Very clean looking facility.
The toilet facility was also clean
Our food was delivered to our table right away and our food was very hot.
The fries had obviously just been cooked.
This was a pleasant stop for food whilst on our journey home.
We all tucked into delicious flake or orieo ice-cream,s for desert.

Food was hot and good when arrived but dropped a star as a very long wait. Ordered via app for pick up in store but quite a few orders ahead of our number seemed to go ahead. We waited nearly 20 minutes in all for fast food. It was at a busy time however and staff were all busy.

Great stop off if visiting New Forest.
Don’t eat in car park- just a couple of minutes drive away you can be sitting on the New Forest taking in the views at picket Post car park BH24 4HH

I would like to say that this is the perfect location on your way to Southampton. Staff is great especially Tegan( hope I spelled that right) who went above and beyond to make my experience at mcdonald's the best one so far . Thank you and keep up the good work.

McDonald’s is consistently the same. No surprises here. Gluten free options are always available without the bun. Hash browns only for breakfast - not yet a gluten free McMuffin without the bun. Still the coffee is also consistent and better than average at a reasonable price.

It's McDonald's - what more is there to say? Except that it appeared at a desperate point in a long journey bereft of other options and saved the day.
Car park was a little tight and the restaurant itself felt small seeing as there was so little else in the local area, but the service was great, the food up to normal standards and the restaurant, though a little hectic, was clean.
