Eastwood Fish & Chips

First time buying from here, bought the "meat pack" lamb chips and galic sauce "strange thing i know to buy from a fish and chip shop" but ive had things like this from other places before and it be mazing!, Where do i start? lamb is full of gristle, not great at all, some of the chips felt like they where raw, but the price and size of the server 15 bucks waste of money, sorry guys it was really bad

I love these fish and chips, would have to be the best in the area, I have been coming to this shop for over 30 years, although the shop has changed hands the product has stayed the same. One of the few remaining shops with hand made chips and potato cakes. For my work i drive all around the eastern suburbs and have tried many F&C shops, most shops sell those horrible frozen yellow powdery chips, I hope they keeping making there own!

Excellent burgers we travel for these... The Burger in the pic is my custom, they are one of the few that stock sweet chilli sauce. The burgers in this shop have NEVER disappointed, the Quality is ALWAYS there, as os the freshness. (Side note : requesting uncooked onions makes a HUGE difference to taste) This place is always willing to please and the quality shows with every bite...

Just ordered $5 chips, 5 potato cakes and a veggie burger. Burger and potato cakes were acceptable but the chips were quite possibly the worst I’ve had in recent memory. Likely cooked in burnt oil, they were soggy, stuck together and discoloured - no amount of salt or sauce could cover this up! Please check out some of the other shops and improve and your cooking!
