The waitresses are excellent! We have been regulars for the last few years. Today marked a change. The owner or manager (unsure which she is) was cooking and our order wasn’t accurate. When we addressed this with the waitress, she agreed with us that both of our orders seemed to correlate with our complaints. When she approached the lady who made it, she stated she gave us ample amount and that we’d have to pay extra if we wanted to change the order to reflect what we had always ordered in the past. Being that we regularly dine in here, this was a little over the top. Multiple employees seemed very frustrated as well which is not the normal experience we observe for this restaurant. Perhaps the one in charge should consider some public service classes and also step back and take a break so their employees don’t suffer from their bad attitude. This restaurant is usually one of our favorites but will not be frequented in the future if this happens again. Hats off to the waitresses, big thumbs down to management.

It's not often you remember the people you encounter at a restaurant. I will always remember Britany who is super upbeat, smart, friendly and hilarious. She is definitely my favorite and I will be making sure I see her every time I visit. She is an asset to your team and I do believe your eatery would be shut down without her!
