Firehouse Subs

Let me tell you something, Rosie saved my bacon 2 weeks ago! I work at an assisted living community and the chef scheduled for the day was a no-show for breakfast and lunch. As a team, we scrambled to get breakfast served to the residents. Once we got through that, I knew I had to get a game plan together to serve 80 people lunch. Firehouse opened at 10:30 am. I was dialing their number at 10:29 am. I explained the problem and Rosie solved it. "I will get this done for you mam." Her words echo in my head to this day. I wish I had a picture of my senior living residents enjoying those beautiful sub sandwiches and chips. You saved my bacon Rosie... with your turkey and ham delicacies!

While the food is pretty good, the service at this location is highly lacking. We visited 2x in a week and both times the employees were unpleasant. The 1st we tried to chalk it up to the fact there were only 2 people working and it was a Sunday. The 2nd time there were 5 employees that we could see and not one was friendly or pleasant. There were no other customers yet they messed up our 3 sandwich order. Gas ain't cheap but we drove back anyway and there wasn't a single apology. Lesson learned on our part, we will no longer return to this location and definitely can't recommend it.

Normally I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. It’s usually clean and the staff are friendly. But today, I came in and when it was time for the man behind me to order, you could tell he had a hard time hearing and maybe a disability. After he left, a customer made fun of him and the staff started laughing and agreeing with the customer. That was one of the rudest things I have ever come across.

Worse experience ever. I was at work and ordered online,was given a time and they were obviously behind as I waited 30 minutes. There was no apology for waiting,no communication as hey we are sorry and we are working on your order. There was also no sense of urgency knowing everyone there is obviously in scrubs,suits and etc and on a lunch break.

Firehouse subs is one of my favorites! However this location seems to be lacking in decent staff. I only ever order online for pick up and most of the time it is not ready on time and/or the sub is made super sloppy and looks thrown together. On occasion they have not even started my order and after waiting 10 minutes past the pick up time I’ve had to ask when it would be ready and they looked confused like there wasn’t an order from me, yet I would always have the email. Anyway, food is fantastic if you get the right people making it!

Today was the BEST Firehouse experience. Though so busy, the Cashier was very pleasant and the order was done perfect, the food was top notch, the place clean, great respect from all. Incredible teamwork. Thank you for staffing up with amazing people. Please reward the Saturday team and the management is obviously superb. Thrilled, Randall and wife
