Applebee's

Good food and presented very well. Super friendly wait staff. Our waitress took our order by memory and checked up on us several times to refill our drinks and see how our food tasted. Prices were good sweet tea wasn't as sweet as I like but overall I was very happy with the meal and the service. However the restaurant is in need of a face lift and the booths are looking worn out and dirty. But ultimately this still a fantastic place to come and have dinner, enjoy a drink or watch a sporting event.

Service was ok... I got the burbon chicken and shrimp and my bf got the burbon steak both with red potatoes. The potatoes were so dry the skin looked like it was fried off and if you hit it with a fork you could hear the crunch the chicken was ok in the middle but the edges were over cooked I got the smallest shrimp on the sea and the steak was ordered well and came medwell when the server was notified she was like yeah that's y I asked was it ok instead of telling cook staff look this is wrong I'm not taking this to my table. The the manager was like give them $5 off didn't come out to apologise or anything 😡😡😡 will NEVER be going back there!!

Manager was great and the best part of our experience. Service was poor. No refills, no check-in, no box, no check and no eye contact from our server whenever he passed. It seemed like another table had friendly service with a different person... Husband's steak was bland and mashed potatoes were cold inside. The one server who brought my son's food was very sweet and friendly. We never like to tip under 20% but this guy didn't even deserve the 15% that we did tip... Very disappointed.

Our waitress Alexis was amazing! The manager on staff was also great! Food was great. The only issue i had was my burger was a little too greasy for my liking but it was still good. Other than that the atmosphere was pleasant for our group! The table was clean, the bathroom was clean. GREAT EXPERIENCE all around!!! Thank you!

By far the best Applebee's I've been to everrr!! Greeted and sat with a smile and laughter instead of rudeness and grumpy attitude like rocky mount, server was on top of his game, he was very quick and very accurate, food came out promptly and hot and cooked to perfection in under 30 minutes unlike in rocky mount where we waited for an hour for cold and undercooked food, everything was superb! Well worth the 45 minute drive from my home and by far beats the 2 Applebee's stores within a 20 minute drive from my home. Staff was all around wonderful, everyone was friendly and doing their jobs and present on the floor. Definitely will be making that drive again for that delicious meal!

Worst Applebee's ever visited. Yucky food and horrible drinks. I wonder how can anybody mess with long Island ice tea, tasted like sugary lemonade and margarita tasted too sweet. Worst Wings ever had in life. Huge (abnormal) in size, almost uncooked. Bourbon chicken was too oily and there was no way any Bourbon in it. Stale tomato, lettuce, broccoli served in kids menu. Even the mashed potato was smelling odd. This restaurant is at the verge of closure, for sure. If possible I would mark with zero star.

Under any other circumstances I wouldn’t waste my time on writing a review, however what happened today at valley view apple bees was unacceptable and needs to be answered. I took my younger sister to get a nice lunch and off the bat our waiter was rude and inappropriate. Not only did he bad mouth management and the cook, he called them racial and autistic slurs. Throughout the 20 minutes we were there, he stood over my shoulder like a creep to look at what I was doing on my phone multiple times. Made comments about how I needed to respond to him and give him eye contact while trying to have unnecessary conversations. He made me so uncomfortable I paid for meals I couldn’t eat. Upon leaving he made comments about sniffing coke, and I’m not sure if it’s because he himself does it- or because I’m incredibly skinny. Either way it made me feel sick. I have no idea what was going through his mind- but I no longer feel safe coming to this location or bringing my family. This happened at 3:25pm and the waiter was Shawn B.
