Went there yesterday around 10.30. the hostess seated us the seat had something spilled on it. My wife went to her. Lol she handed my wife the towel. We watched her clean a couple table's, she just cleaned around the condiments on the table. The waitress serving the tables beside us, had more tattoos than bare skin which was wearing a pair of black shorts that looked awful. Cover that stuff up, . The waiter was great as always. Not his fault and the food was off yesterday as well.

Used to visit their all the time, and the service was great and they have good food with good portions and the staff was great... Back in town to visit, wanted some of their Spaghetti because it was always so good, however something changed and not for the better... I ordered my Spaghetti with meat sauce and found 90 percent sauce and only 1 meat ball and then what ever else the sauce was made out of. When I called the waitress over and told her I ordered spaghetti with Meat Sauce and asked if I could get more meat, she said; "No, the meals are proportioned an we cannot do that". Worst dinner I have had in decades anywhere. The Waitress never checked back up on me until I was ready to go to see how I was doing even thought I waited and looked for her for some time... Where I used to give this restaurant a 5 star based on previous visits, I have to give it 1 Star only because there is nothing less. I do not recommend this restaurant as it is not what it is used to and I would not even consider taking home scraps to my dog... I am one customer that will never return to this chain, they have gone from nearly the top to the Absolute bottom of my list.
