Jersey Mike's Subs

I stopped in to get a Big Kahuna chicken to check out the new store and everything was excellent. The store was clean and well kept even being busy. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food smelled awesome, and the employees were very personable. Everyone was super helpful and answered my questions.My food was really delicious even when I got home 45 mins later. A wonderful experience!

Ordered from from Uber Eats 2/26/2022. First of all the Subs are not worth the price, the quality is awful. We had very dry dry bread. You had to drink 2 glasses of water for a bite of sub, AWFUL!!! The other sub was very very salty you had to drink 2 glasses of water with. And neither subs had that much meat on them for what they charged.Was our first time ordering , and give it a try, but not ever ever again!!! Way overpriced!!! $48.00 for a sub an a half .Uber was the best delivery the best thing out of this!

Ordered through their app for delivery because we received a promotion in the mail. Even with the promotion, it is not worth the money. Sandwiches were tasteless and bread was stale. Between their fees AND delivery fee it was like adding another sandwich. Head to Jimmy John's if you want fresh sandwiches at an honest price.

Placed $80.00 order online and paid(took money out of my account) and drove from the lake 45 minutes to find the store closed and customers standing on the sidewalk in the same situation. Employee came to the door and said that they had seen the orders come through but they had already closed. They didn't bother to at least call and say the order wouldn't be filled. Everyone deserves time off for a holiday but a little common courtesy goes a long way.

Jersey Mike's is clearly the best Italian sub and the only real deli sub anywhere near Roanoke VA. Thank goodness they opened here! There is nothing like a real sub with fresh baked bread, fresh oil and vinegar, Italian spice, and all the toppings you want. HINT- order it "Mike's Way". The deli meats are delicious, never bologna. I always top with Lettuce, tomato, onion, oil & vinegar, and banana peppers. Truly incredible. Finally Roanoke has a real sub! I will be going back for more. Sometimes I just got to have a real deli sub. Five stars every time. You really need to try this sub! Peter Baugh 2017 EOF
