Dairy Queen In Roanoke

Didn't get what I ordered. Took it bk inside. The manager had the cook come talk to me. He gave me two coupons for free meals. At least I though it was when I went bk to use them the very nice girl explained I couldn't use them because it was for just getting a free Sunday.? And no manager is still yet to call me bk. Make sure you get what you ask for before pulling off

Horrible service. I ordered a cake online for my son's graduation and had a confirmation. I went to the store only to see a sign on the door with the date (may 25th) saying that no one was there due to low staffing. We had no cake for my son's party bc of this. I then called the store multiple times the next day until I finally got a hold of someone. They said that they had to close the store quickly and "had to put up an old sign on the door" (funny how it has the correct date if it was an old sign) and I could get the cake today. They had also put the incorrect name on the cake. I told them I didn't think I should have to pay full price for it and they said if I didn't want it I did t have to pick it up. No apology and no offer for any kind of discount to make it right. This place has definitely lost my business.

Was greeted with “Welcome to Wendy’s” and I proceeded to order the $7 Cheeseburger meal with a drink and sundae and a regular blizzard. The guy repeated back my order and then we got to the window to find out only rang us up for the 2 for $5 so they hand me a Sprite, sundae, and a small blizzard… I kept telling the guy at the window that I ordered the $7 burger meal with drink and sundae… He just looked at me like a deer in the headlights and stared at the screen for a few minutes and then just walked away. Then he came back and asked me what I still needed… Where is the management? These people need some leadership. Took me three times saying I ordered the burger meal before they just handed me a burger that obviously wasn’t the one I was trying to order. Seriously frustrating and they weren’t even busy.
