Denny's

I’ve been here twice and I absolutely love this Denny’s! I am pretty sure I had the same waitress twice and she was always super sweet and attentive. I wish I had remembered her name because she is a staple in the perfect customer service experience. The food has always been great too and it’s very clean.

We live close enough by that we can walk to this Denny's and do so fairly often for both breakfast and occasionally dinner. We visited for dinner on 06/20/22 and had exceptionally great service by the server, Krystal. She was patient while we looked over the menu, checking back to see if we had any questions and very attentive, checking on whether or not our food was okay and keeping our drinks full. The food was also good as I always get the Country Fried Steak when there for dinner and so happy that the zucchini and squash side dish is offered again.

Would like to give 3.5 stars. The food is what you would expect from Denny's, pretty good not bad prices. The kitchen was chaotic, we had a party of 4 and my kids ordered breakfast food while the wife and I got lunch. You would think they'd cook the burgers and chicken first since they take longer and eggs get cold fast, nope. The egg dishes sat in the window while the sandwiches were being made. The waitresses was very nice, she had them remake the egg dishes before bringing them to our table they were so cold. Once the manager went in the kitchen to help everything kind of smoothed out for them. I don't want to be too harsh because I know it's hard to find help these days. Over all not a bad experience for a Saturday afternoon.

Service was excellent. The lady we had nice and friendly. She was the only one working the front end. She was seating, taking orders, filling drinks and serving food as others were sitting behind the bar playing on their phones. She asked numerous times for help with no response from her coworkers who were engaged in their phones. The food wasn't the best and the prices have really become more then I would expect for a sandwich and fries. I'd come back for service because that poor girl kept running around but kept her cool and kept in an orderly fashion. She def deserved all tips she got. Wish I knew her name to publicly thank her.
