Best experience ever. The moment I walked in, staff was so welcoming and friendly. Even through the madness, they kept their calm, and made no mistakes in my order of four sandwiches. (Pictures would have been included but they were too delicious.) Nothing better then feeling like your apart of gang. Thank you so much, and I can’t wait to order my next sandwich.

This Subway on Plantation Road has gotten sooo much better lately. I get mobile orders and the orders are always ready before the scheduled pick up time. They package the subs in the wrappers and to go bags perfectly. Plus they always greet me right after I walk in. The employees and managers are always friendly, outgoing and professional. I definitely ordering from this Subway on Plantation Road in Roanoke

We have never had any issues with this location until now. I will admit I thought they closed at 9 but it was 8 i placed my order at 7:50. I didn’t realize until I got my order and tried to call because it was not correct. My husbands sub had nothing on it that he ordered, none of the ones I wanted toasted were toasted. It was my good at all!

I placed an order today for a foot long BLT sub on white. What I got was the wrong bread, NO lettuce, 2 tomatoes and 2 strips of bacon. It was disgusting!! I called the store; the phone rang 12 times. They picked up the phone and laid it down without even so much as a hello. I waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was on the phone but they never did. I could hear everything going on in the background. What kind of a business answers the phone without a hello and just lays the phone down knowing a customer is on the other line?? How do you honestly screw up a BLT? It's literally 3 ingredients. This is pathetic!! I work in customer service and would NEVER treat a customer like this. I want a full refund of the $8.85 I spent for a sandwich I never ordered. I will NEVER go back to this Subway again!!!
