Little Caesars

I asked for fresh pizza and it seems like they just took forever in the back, doesn’t taste fully cooked and definitely doesn’t look cooked. It’s supposed to be hot and ready they had me wait and looks like the only ready pizza was an order placed through the phone. Drive the extra miles to another one.

Incredibly rude older lady at the front of the store. Asked when an order would be ready and she ignored me for about a minute. I asked again for an estimate and she finally said it About 10 minutes that is fine but even when I left the store and was nice enough to say thank you I was still ignored by the lady at the front. I don’t know what her deal is I don’t know if she had a bad day but don’t you dare treat customers like that. Completely ignoring somebody or giving short answers is not good customer service

Used to come to this place plenty of times without problems until today because one of the cashier employees (the grey haired four eyes) was feeding me BS about the Italian cheesy breadsticks not coming with the sauce when it usually does and I order the same thing in every other Little Caesars all the time. It's bread sticks... IT'S SUPPOSE TO COME WITH SAUCE! So thanks for wasting my time because now I'm not coming back to this particular restaurant full of incompetent employees who don't know what the hell they're doing when it comes to service and management of the store itself by closing it at inconsistent times. Don't bother going over there folks. There are two other locations around Roanoke and one in Salem, you might as well go to those instead.

Was told my order was ready but then when I get here the woman running it gives me attitude and says the app always say it's ready but it's not. I told her my order number and she told me that doesn't help her at all then I showed her my order and she said that doesn't tell me anything even though it told her exactly every item that was on the order.

First of all that older lady that works there is the rudest human being I have ever encountered in my 31 years of picking up food. I didn't memorize the code for the Hot N Ready machine (because it isn't working 80% of the time at that location) and I explain this to her and she says its on your phone. I said my phone isn't on me and she said go in your car and get it even though I already paid and she had my information (not to mention I'm a regular customer...). So I had to fish for my phone stuck between my seats and then come back and type in the code. I then politely asked for my crazy sauce (which comes with every order of Slices N Stix) and she doesn't answer just takes my box and reads the label like I'm stealing something I already paid for. So incredibly rude.....then I get back home and what do you know, it's not only cut wrong, but also has no herbs on the Stix (the entire reason for GETTING THE DARN THING). You've lost a twice a week customer, good job jerk! My phone camera is broken just btw
